Dual Majors
A dual major in business is available to students pursuing majors outside of the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business . The dual major provides a breadth of information in the fundamental areas of business.
Students pursuing the finance major will fulfill the requirements for a minor in economics. Appropriate paperwork needs to be completed for this minor to be added to a student’s official record. This paperwork can be started with either the Economics Department advisor, Business 615, or the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business Career and Education Opportunities Center (CEO Center), Business 309.
The finance major can be earned in conjunction with other majors and minors in the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business . Economics, accounting, international business minor, and personal financial planning minor are the most common areas of study to be pursued with the finance major.
